Billing Policy

Payment Method. HDHomeTours may be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Dashboard. You will receive login information to access to the HDHomeTours Dashboard to start uploading and running your HDHomeTours.

Automatic Renewal. HDHomeTours that have been active for more than 1 year (365 days) will be charged for an additional year at the appropriate price which is based on your total number of tours.

No Proration. To simplify accounting, HDHomeTours are not prorated.

HDHomeTour Rate. You may order additional HDHomeTours at any time. If the new order puts the total number of HDHomeTours in your account in a lower cost category, you will immediately receive the lower rate on the new HDHomeTours. For example, if you are running 20 HDHomeTours costing $39.95 per year, then add another 10, the cost of the 10 new HDHomeTours drops to $34.95 per year. Likewise, you receive the lowest price for renewals based upon the number of tours running.

Bandwidth. Each HDHomeTour is allocated 150GB of bandwidth. This is equivalent to approximately 8000 unique video views assuming a video size of 25MB. We offer additional bandwidth options if your HDHomeTour exceeds the bandwidth limit.
